Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using services provided by The Original Spiderman ("we", "us", "our"). By booking or receiving our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services
The Original Spiderman provides spider and pest control services in Invercargill and the Southland region. Services include residential and commercial treatments for spiders, ants, wasps, cockroaches, and other pests.
2. Bookings & Appointments
All bookings are subject to availability. We will confirm your appointment by phone or email. Please ensure access to all treatment areas at the agreed time. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, and other agreed payment methods. Invoices are due within 7 days unless stated otherwise.
4. Treatment Preparation
Clients are responsible for preparing areas prior to treatment as instructed. This includes:
- Removing pets and children from treatment areas during application
- Clearing access to treated zones where required
- Following all post-treatment re-entry instructions provided by our technician
5. Guarantee
We stand behind our work. Where a treatment has not achieved the desired result within the specified timeframe and our instructions have been followed, we will return to re-treat at no additional charge. Guarantees do not apply where preparation instructions were not followed or where new infestations occur after treatment.
6. Liability
The Original Spiderman is not liable for damages arising from failure to follow pre- or post-treatment instructions, or from circumstances outside our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
7. Health & Safety
All products used by The Original Spiderman are approved for use in New Zealand and applied in accordance with label instructions and industry best practices. Please advise us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before treatment.
8. Privacy
Your personal information is collected for the purpose of providing our services. We do not share your information with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
